You started to notice how your hair is damaged and you do not know why? Your hair is no longer as before, began to fall off, the ends are thinned and you just can not tame it? Fortunately, your hair can be like the old days, if you change your routine and avoid the mistakes that persistently we all make from time to time.
How you can damage your hair:
Too Much Conditioner
The conditioner is intended only for the ends of the hair, and avoid to apply it to the scalp. Sufficient amount is the size of a nickel. Not only will your hair look refreshed, but you will also save money.
Too Much Sun Exposure
The scalp can be itchy and dry, probably because of this. You should always protect your hair with a hat. If your scalp is too itchy, rinse the hair with white vinegar or anti-dandruff shampoo.
Washing Your Hair Every Day
The time between washing hair should be two or three days. Otherwise, the hair loses its natural oils and losing its shine. If you exercise every day, you can wash your hair just with water and apply conditioner only on the ends. In case your hair gets greasy too fast, there are shampoos for dry cleaning.
Too Much Heat
On most newer irons and hair styling appliances you can adjust the heat. It is recommended that you do not exceed 300 degrees, or that you gradually increase the temperature until you get the desired result. And you should never, never use these appliances on wet hair.
Combing Wet Hair
Your hair is quite weak when it is wet and you should never force untangling it. Use a wide-toothed comb after putting conditioner on it and brush the hair from ends to the root.
Shampoos that contain sulfates are becoming increasingly popular, and they are actually harming your hair. So if you do not want dried and uncontrollable hair, start using shampoos that contain no sulfates.
Average, haircut should be done every two months. Although you want to let your hair grow when you see the split ends you must visit a hairdresser, as this prevents further flowering.
Too Many Chemicals
You should avoid chemically treating your hair more than 2 times a year, not counting dyeing. Because your hair stops breathing when is stacked with toxins. Instead, you can try some of the natural products and put hair masks as often as possible to repair it.
If you kick out these habits, we promise you nothing but healthy and shiny hair 🙂
