This summer, it’s all about wearing saturated pops of color on your lips. Makeup artists experimented with a variety of summer lipstick colors and textures this season. Matte and Electric
At Creatures of the Wind, Mark Carrasquillo used a trick that makeup artists used before matte lipstick formula was available. This way he created a powdered texture that was really the statement of this bright cherry lips.
Cushnie et Ochs took color blocking to whole new level! Cherry red matte lipstick again but paired with a hot pink shade. On the upper lips, they used MAC lipstick in Perfect Score and on the lower lips they used Relentlessly Red. This trick will add a dimension to your look.
